Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be admitted to the University of Arizona in order to register for Credit Outreach courses?
Yes, to enroll in Continuing Education Credit Outreach courses you must be admitted to the University of Arizona.

How do I get admitted to the University of Arizona?
If you are not a current University of Arizona student, you will need to be admitted as a Non-degree seeking student. This is a good temporary option if you’re registering for a UA credit course offered through Continuing Education, and if you missed the on-campus application deadline for degree-seeking status.

International students please contact Continuing Education Registration Office for further information.

Are courses offered through Credit Outreach considered UA credit courses?
Yes. Courses that are offered on campus and UA courses offered by Continuing Education are both UA credit courses. However, there are different registration procedures. Register for UA Credit Outreach courses only through Continuing Education Registration Services. Call 520-621-UofA (8632) for registration information.

How do I get my UA ID number and pin number?
The Admissions Office usually mails newly admitted students their UA student ID number and pin number. If you have not received your ID’s please contact the Continuing Education Registration Office and we will email to you your UA ID and mail the pin number. You will need this number in order to access Student Link for your grade reports.

How do I get my Continuing Education grades?
The University of Arizona no longer mails out grade reports. Students may access Student Link at https://sl.arizona.edu/student_link/ to obtain grades. Students will need their UA ID and pin number. See above to obtain ID and pin numbers.

How do I obtain UA transcripts?
